Many advantages of Hastelloy C276 Compression Fittings are over other metallic and non – metallic materials in handling phosphoric acid, sulphuric acid, nitric acid, fluoride environments and oxidizing acid mixtures. Hastelloy C276 Ferrule Pipe Fittings has good resistance to aging and embrittlement and good fabricability. Hastelloy C276 Double Ferrule Pipe Fittings has excellent resistance to hot fluoride salts in the temperature range of 1300 Degree F to 1600 Degree F (705 Degree C – 870 Degree C). Hastelloy C276 Accessories is most versatile, corrosion resistant alloy with excellent resistance to uniform corrosion in oxidizing or reducing environments. Alloy C276 Compression Pipe Fittings has good oxidation resistance in air, and may be used to 1800 Degree F (980 Degree C) or intermittently to 1900 Degree F (1040 Degree C). Alloy C276 Ferrule Pipe Fittings may be forged between 2200 Degree F / 1600 Degree F (1205 Degree C / 870 Degree C). Heavy reductions, 25 % – 40 %, are recommended for Alloy C276 Double Ferrule Pipe Fittings to maintain internal heat and to minimize grain coarsening.

Chemical Composition:

NICKEL & HIGH NICKEL ALLOY WELDING WIRES-NI1Ni-1 is used for TIG. MIG and SAW welding of Nickel 200 or 2010. This filler metalis also employed for overlaying on steel as well as repairing cast iron castings.It can also be used for dissimilar joints betwen Nickel Alloys to Stainless orFerritic Steels.
